Delete your BlockCare account

You can permanently delete your BlockCare account and the information stored with it in the BlockCare app. This cannot be undone.

Delete your account in the app

  1. Sign in to BlockCare.
  2. Open More.
  3. Select Account & security, then Delete account.
  4. If you want a copy of your records, first use Backup & export.
  5. Type DELETE and select Permanently delete account.

What is deleted

Deletion permanently removes your profile, properties, animals, care records, reminders, photos, documents and shared-access memberships from BlockCare’s live systems. You will be signed out and will no longer be able to sign in to that account.

If you cannot sign in to use the in-app option, contact care@blockcare.co.nz. Do not send your password or sensitive animal-health details by email.
